Policy

POLICY RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

- Exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original condition with tags attached and packaging.
- Refunds processed within 14 days from order delivery after inspection.
- In case of return, the customer bears the return cost.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the cost.

DELIVERY TIME:

Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
